Regulatory Compliance: Building codes, evacuation plan, fire suppression systems, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), electrical, natural gas systems, etc..

Tenant Spaces: Type of tenant. Occupied / non-occupied / non-rentable, etc..

Utilities and Services: Electric, water and gas. Trash removal, building maintenance, interior cleaning, parking lot cleaning, landscape services, etc.\.

Final Report: Information obtained during site visit and research, including photographs and diagrams. Cost Tables showing Immediate and Capital Reserves Cost Figures for immediate and long term repairs  maintenance and replacement.
