Our services include rapid response, comprehensive inspections, immediate turnaround (if required) and detailed reports. In the event asbestos containing material (ACM) is detected and needs to be removed, we can provide asbestos abatement project design, bid procurement, project management, regulatory compliance, final air clearance and detailed report.
Asbestos inspections are required by the State of Texas before any renovation or demolition activities are performed involving any public building. The Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) regulates asbestos testing and removal in public buildings in the State of Texas. Asbestos testing and removal must be performed under Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules (TAPHR) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS) guidelines.
