ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS / ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Asbestos Inspections are required by the State of Texas and the State of Oklahoma before any renovation or demolition activities are performed involving any Building with Access to the Public (Public Buildings).
The Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) regulates Asbestos in Public Buildings in the State of Texas. Asbestos Testing, Management and Removal are performed under Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules (TAPHR), the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Act (AHERA) in Schools and, or National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Guidelines.
The Oklahoma Department of Labor (ODOL) and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) regulate Asbestos in Public Buildings in the State of Oklahoma. Asbestos Testing, Management and Removal are performed under AHERA and, or NESHAP Guidelines
