PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS (ESA's)  (Additional Information)

AEI performs Phase One Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) nationwide for Commercial Property Owners, Property Developers, Public / Government Entitys, Financial Institutions and More. AEI performs Phase 1 ESA's in accordance with ASTM E 1527- 21 and EPA 40 CFR, Part 312. Includes Site Inspection, Environmental Data Review, Potential Liability and Regulatory Considerations and Final Report of Findings and Recommendations.
